Yeah this red flagged me too, but I also know a fair amount of intelligent people who have bought timeshares at those "free" lunch seminars. A couple of them have even signed up on the spot only to cancel later. Some people are just excellent at sales.

How much thought is put into the layout? Do you shift good stores in a dense pocket with the random storage locker sellers on the outskirts, or some other method?
