Question 3 is a great question. Many reviewers have expressed how the game's story ends abruptly along with many side quest stories. They wonder if that was intentional for more sequels and DLC content.

When I think "video arcades." I think of Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, TMNT beat em up, etc.... I'm guessing this is a different type of "video arcade"?
