Heckling is something that really interests me. I read an amazing interview you gave about this workshop you went to in LA where the whole point was that people in the audience would purposefully heckle you or disrupt your routine and you had to think quickly about how to respond. That sounds like a really interesting experience, how'd it go?

Also, what goes through your mind if/when you get heckled?* What's the best response you've ever had to a heckler? Worst? Do you have "go-to" responses planned out or is it a contextual thing?

*Follow-up question: Why on earth would somebody ever heckle you, man?

How much editing do you do on the stories that you accept for publication? I'd imagine that to get published at all a story needs to be ironed out at every sentence. Do you significantly alter submissions before you publish them or is it small corrections or "as is"?
