How do you feel about the revolving door mentality for employees working in a lot of development studios (basically as soon as the game gets done there is a mass layoff)?

I'm curious as to the amount of security there. It seemed like the cops just stood around outside quite a bit during the initial parts. Was that your view as well?

Will you guys do I website driven pledge in addition to your kickstarter? Something like inexile does with their projects?
