You should just tell them it makes you uncomfortable, even a hint is worthwhile. How fun do you think it is to be fired from an executive level position because a person who didn’t appreciate a joke didn’t just say so, but instead made a report? If it doesn’t stop, then report. American women need a little more courage in communication. Freedom of speech is too important to be sacrificed to the altar of timidity.

Edit: I’m not suggesting to not report inappropriate behavior, I’m saying that if it’s questionable, give a person the benefit of the doubt. Reporting someone upends their life.
