Did it cost a lot to set up? Where do you get your ideas from?

I had an idea for my 50th where I invite friends and do something other than the usual party games. Would this work? Or a work team building thing? I'll join the sub to read a bit more up on it

I've been diagnosed with a 'slow stomach and have diverticulitis or small pockets in my colon. Is it safe to take laxatives all the time? No amount of fiber, chillies or water will help with bowel movements. Any recommendations?
