Are there any sectors where you've found that a 4 day week doesn't work? I can't imagine schools for example going to a 4 day week.

Thanks for your reply! I'm interested in how the 4 day work week can be implemented through public policy and the barriers that would exist. There would have to be exceptions to the rule, but this is definitely a unique circumstance to consider.

Thanks for sharing! It will be interesting to see how the UAE's transition impacts student achievement. I love the idea of using day 5 for experiential learning. More opportunities for enrichment and career exploration would be a benefit for students.
