It seems like one of your companies EngagePoint has some lawsuits and issues. Not only that after you left they really went downhill. What happened with that? Why did you leave? What went wrong after you did? Were you involved in the lawsuits and unhappy employees? It seems like they were on there way to the top for years.

Because you design A website for those that are most likely to visit it. Ill wager Less then 1% of their visitors are in position to setup the service. That would be a really stupid way to design site. Also their product is not available yet but their sale is. So as a web designer and developer for 15 years I think it's suspicious your trying to make things up.
