If you're trying to decide which products to get organic or not check out this article: http://www.pbs.org/wnet/need-to-know/health/the-dirty-dozen-and-clean-15-of-produce/616/ If you're on a tight budget just buy organically the dirty dozen which contain high amount of pesticides. And for your child try to avoid any plastic that isn't BPA-free.
