Studies have consistently shown that GMOs do not pose health risks to humans. Studies in animals suggesting otherwise have been poorly designed or discredited. However, pesticides have been shown to have wide adverse effects to health and the environment. So why not pass a bill that will tell consumers which harmful chemicals have been used on their food, rather than an innocuous technology used to make the plants more robust?

Right. So, how can we send her whole school school supplies? Then she is a hero for impressing people enough to send stuff.

My friends had a debate years ago about whether attractiveness is a logarithmic scale, rather than a linear one. So a '7' is several times more attractive than a '6' etc. I think this makes sense due to likely more rarity of increasingly attractive faces. Is there any data to back this up? Also, how is facial attractiveness 'scored' academically?

Thanks

Sure they are, but what's the harm? If my wife gets hit on by some random guy who buys her a drink, it just strikes her ego. I trust her, and we would laugh the next day about guys who will hit in a married lady, who's wearing a ring, with no shame and a snowball's chance in hell. If she's dancing, I'd be much more worried about some creep making her uncomfortable or trying to put his hands on her than her ever doing anything she wouldn't do if I was there. And she knows I have no game so it works in both directions. It's all about trust.
