I’m a software developer and super interested in physics, esp quantum.

Will there be a need for software developers in this space to work with quantum computers more closely?

My guess is that most people interacting with quantum computers are physicists/mathematicians/biologists currently and that these people also write the software. So no need for software devs there?

i work 80%, which means i could scrap a day or work five days less long. what would you recommend?

also if (obviously) the answer is four: is there a difference in when to take the extra day? split it 3/4, or 2/1/2/2 or else?
