Nothing pisses me off more than seeing people in a park where it clearly states, "ALL dogs must be on leashes" and I see people without their dogs on a leash. I almost always say something to them and they ALWAYS have the same response, "my dog doesn't need a leash." The only people I would trust with their dog off a leash is people who keep their dog on a leash, because those are responsible pet owners.

She was probably using a browser like Chrome were your settings/extensions travel with your account regardless of computer, so no matter where she tried to login her problem would follow her. Another possible reason was that she was using SSO to access the website but had multiple accounts logged into her browser. Account switching in account has been an issue I had to deal with a lot. Even in incognito mode, if not completely closed out, will remember multiple accounts. Chrome extensions can now also be set to run while incognito, which is a hard issue to track down. Another possible option was that no matter where she tried to access, she was connecting through a VPN, and the problem lies is some firewall completely outside her systems.

#BLACKSTATISTICSMATTER
72.3% White - Almost 2/3rd's of the population
9.5% Black - Less than 1/10th the population
Graph with black portion cut and copied
From the illustration, you can see that black crime is almost 1/3rd of all crime at Walmart even though they are less than 1/10th of the population.
I also find it hard to believe that 20% of the population only cover a sliver of all arrests at Walmart, so I'm guessing light skinned Latinos are skewing the "white" category. Who even posts statistics without numbers?

On a startup, seems insane to try to setup your own servers when you could setup on an Amazon EC2 for practically nothing. Your M1 Medium not cutting it, take your server image and set it up on a M3 Double Extra Large Instance with 30 GiB of memory and 26 EC2 Compute Units in 10-15 minutes. Better yet, start it on a M3 Double and then scale back as needed. Why am I slaving away at a 9 to 5 and this guy gets 500k to do a startup :(

Now the real question, why does surgery cost the price of a 30 year home mortgage? You could pay a surgeons salary for an entire year for $200,000.
Here's one of the secret costs to our healthcare system that many people aren't aware of, we don't have any sort of patient identification system or any standards or protocols in place on how to store patient or doctor information. Depending on where you live, you might be at one medical facility, cross the street to another, and they have no idea who you are or your medical history. They also can't simply request it from the other facility because their software might format the data differently and be incompatible with their system. If we had a universal patient identifier that tracked patient data across all medical providers including dentists and optometrists, just imagine how much money/lives could be saved.
For an analogy, just like with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari; each one may view the same web page in a different way. Many web developers know this frustration. Also, how does Chrome look on Widows XP vs Windows 8 vs Ubuntu. These same issues of incompatibility are much, much worse in the health care world, difference is, our lives depend on it.
