During my most recent visit to Medieval Times in Chicago about a year ago, there was what appeared to be a younger or less trained horse. You could clearly see the knight taking time and effort to work with the horse during the live event. It was pretty cool to see because the horse appeared to be extremely nervous.

I think the comment:

we establish long relationships with some of these horses

Can be clearly seen during the live shows and how the knights treat the horses.

How many employees do you guys have?

Also, your "About Us" section has a typo in the first sentence.
