I'm not sure how advantageous it is. Sure,, you have the academic ability to pull it off. Mentally you just aren't going to be ready for it. I also have to imagine you don't get to develop social skills as well as most kids because of the homeschooling and being in college with people you can't relate to.
Not arguing against home school, but putting a kid with undeveloped social skills into college. Besides.. Graduating at 18 instead of 22 or so doesn't really give you much of an advantage. I'd be skeptical hiring someone like that.

How do you feel about the fact that handyman type of work is looked down upon as a trade? People look down at it as not having a real job.
