What's a PSI?

I've noticed that you and Anthony Bourdain have occasionally had interesting chemistry. Overall, who has been your favorite "food personality" to work with?

My company recently mandated the use of Lync 2013 (literally last week), but so far my team has had a horrible experience with group conversations. They aren't managed as cleanly as Skype's ability to save a group of people as a "favorite contact", which makes recalling past discussions difficult.

Has this been addressed in S4B, or are there plans to? The "conversations" tab seems to track conversations in a sporadic and unpredictable manner. We would really like to be able to have our group maintain a single conversation that can be recalled at any time with full history, just like we did previously with Skype.
