I think it depends where you're from (if citizens of that country tend to overstay) or they feel you have inadequate ties.

What would you like to see most in immigration reform?

My feelings have been that our infrastructure and job market cannot handle open borders, so we have to play a game where we cherry pick people. That means not everyone can get what they want. What do you think about this?

Do you think that taking the most educated people out of developing countries hurts the developing nations?
