Also, do you think MOOCs will disrupt higher education? If so, what are the implications for higher ed administrators to either embrace or evolve to accommodate MOOCs - or put simply, what should universities be doing now that MOOCs are becoming more mainstream (and seem to be on a path to continue to do so)?

Dan, do you think young kids (age 1 to 5) should have access to educational games on iPads? If so, what positives and negatives do you anticipate both for individual kids and for society as a whole as these kids grow up?

Can you talk about reddit from a behavioral perspective? Why do you think it works so well? Is it simply the gamification of points? Are you doing an experiment to compare it to, say, engagement with your blog posts? And what do you think about the future of reddit vs other sites? Should reddit be worried about a copycat site that gets the gamification significantly better? Or be worried about Facebook or Twitter successfully adding in a gamification element (or buying a competitor and expanding it).
Put another way, why has reddit been successful in keeping lots of active users and is that defensible or not?

Three questions: 1) What do you think of Kahneman's goal of helping us talk about things more intelligently by the water cooler with his book Thinking, Fast and Slow? Is that goal worthy and would you like to see more authors support it like by standardizing on terminology like "System 1 and System 2"? 2) Is he referring to your work when he says he disagrees with the use of "irrational" in describing people? Have you talked with him about that? 3) It seems that students seem to want to "study behavioral economics", at least anecdotally I hear that more. Do you think this field is ripe for serious inquiry and what are some general areas you think aspiring scholars might focus on. For example, what about a doctorate in statistics that looks at behavioral Econ? Or a doctorate in education that applies behavioral economics to pedagogy?
