I agree. Podcasts are an interesting medium. To me, going long is much better than rushing through a subject. We aren't tied to our phone/computer/mp3 player. We can turn it off if it gets boring, or pause it to come back later if something pressing comes up. I understand you have other things to do, other than recording, but I would never worry that you are running long.

It's difficult, because I would hate to see it turn into a "crossfire" of sorts. Perhaps when the three of you all agree on an issue, during show prep, You could call a conservative, to at least see where they are coming from, prior to recording.

Hey Emily, have you thought of doing a live show in somewhere less politically familiar to you? My one complaint while listening to the podcast is that often the three of you don't seem to be able to even comprehend that someone could disagree with you politically. I listen to every show, but would love to attend one of your live shows if you were to come to Salt Lake City.
