You can go to jail so easy in the states its crazy! I once read that a girl from Canada went to jail for driving in the US with a Canadian licence (which is 100% legal). The officer said that she was driving without a valid licence. If you got busted in Canada with an invalid licence you would just get a ticket and they will tell you to fuck off...and take your car...province pending
